Pre-Primary Teacher

Job Summary:The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for nurturing young learners in their early years of education by creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment. The teacher will develop age-appropriate lessons that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through play-based and activity-oriented learning.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities that meet the developmental needs of pre-primary students.
• Create a warm, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
• Foster positive relationships with children to support their confidence and self-esteem.
• Use various teaching aids, storytelling, rhymes, and games to make learning enjoyable and effective.
• Observe and assess each child’s progress and maintain records of their development.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress and well-being.
• Maintain classroom discipline through positive reinforcement and gentle guidance.
• Prepare teaching materials, displays, and learning corners that enhance classroom aesthetics and learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan events, celebrations, and school activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, both in and out of the classroom.
