Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher (Playgroup / Nursery / LKG / UKG)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of English, a love for working with young children, and a commitment to fostering their holistic development. This role involves creating a warm, engaging, and supportive classroom environment for early learners across Playgroup, Nursery, LKG, and UKG.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging lessons focused on overall child development

- Ensure a balance between academic learning and social-emotional growth

- Teach phonics effectively, including sound recognition, blending, and early reading skills

- Create a safe, caring, and affectionate classroom environment

- Encourage creativity through art, craft, storytelling, and interactive activities

- Monitor and support each child’s individual progress and development

- Maintain discipline with empathy and positive reinforcement

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child progress

- Ensure punctuality and adherence to school schedules

Key Requirements:

- Excellent spoken and written English skills

- Strong understanding of phonics (including blending techniques)

- Caring, patient, empathetic, and child-friendly personality

- Passion for early childhood education and holistic development

- Creative skills in art and craft activities

- Good classroom management and organizational skills

- Punctual and responsible

Experience & Qualification:

- Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / ECCEd / Montessori trained preferred

- Freshers or candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply

Selection Process:

- Shortlisted candidates will be required to deliver a 20-minute demo class on a given topic

- Final selection will be based on demo performance and interaction
