Pre Sales Consultant

A Pre-Sales Associate bridges the gap between customer needs and technical solutions, driving revenue by engaging, qualifying, and nurturing leads before the final sale. They conduct product demonstrations, craft tailored proposals, and manage customer interactions, often focusing on ROI to boost conversion rates. 

Key Responsibilities: IT Software sales(Bike Mandatory, Freshera also ok)

• Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Evaluating incoming inquiries from marketing campaigns to identify qualified prospects.
• Customer Engagement: Conducting outbound and inbound calls, emails, and meetings to understand customer pain points and needs.
• Solution Demonstration: Presenting product demos, creating proofs of concept (POC), and explaining technical solutions in business terms.
• Proposal & Quote Support: Assisting sales teams with technical proposals, pricing, and bid management.
• CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and tracking metrics in CRM tools. 

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication to explain complex ideas simply.
• Technical Aptitude: Understanding the product, its limitations, and how it integrates with customer systems.
• Sales Acumen: Ability to identify business challenges related to cost, effort, or revenue.
• Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., AI Comsulting,Mobile Development) and presentation tools. 
• Note:Bike is mandatory
