ROLE SUMMARY

The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into prospects, running qualification and discovery calls, and handing over Sales-Ready Leads (SQLs) to the Sales team.

The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into prospects, running qualification and discovery calls, and handing over Sales-Ready Leads (SQLs) to the Sales team.

2. Prospecting & Engagement

  • Initiate conversations with founders, CXOs, decision-makers.
  • Share introductory information about EALKAY offerings.
  • Move contacts from “lead” → “prospect” through systematic nurturing.
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups using structured sequences.

3. Qualification (BANT + ICP Fit)

  • Assess need, urgency, budget, authority, and fit.
  • Evaluate which vertical (Strategy / Finance / Legal / Tech) applies to the prospect.
  • Reject poor-quality leads and move good ones into SQL stage.
  • Document all qualification information in CRM.

4. Discovery Calls & Problem Understanding

  • Conduct 10–15 min qualification + discovery calls.
  • Understand business context, pain points, goals.
  • Identify if EALKAY’s solutions match their requirements.
  • Prepare discovery notes, requirement briefs, and internal handover documents.

5. Pipeline Management

  • Maintain 150–300 active leads at all times.
  • Update daily activity logs, lead status, and progression in CRM.
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure smooth handoff of SQLs.
  • Track metrics: Leads → Prospects → SQLs.

6. Coordination with Marketing & Sales

  • Give feedback to the marketing team on inbound lead quality.
  • Share insights on messaging effectiveness.
  • Support sales with context, discovery notes, and call summaries.
  • Attend weekly revenue review meetings.
