Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Solution Identification

  • Understand customer requirements and identify suitable IT Infrastructure, Data Center, and Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Map customer requirements with appropriate OEM products and services.
  • Vendor & Distributor Coordination Work closely with OEMs and distributors to understand product offerings, capabilities, and licensing models.
  • Identify the correct point of contact within OEMs/distributors for pricing, product clarification, and technical support.
  • Product & Service Research and document products and services offered by OEMs.
  • Maintain internal knowledge of vendor product portfolios across:
  • Network infrastructure
  • Data center solutions
  • Cybersecurity platforms
  • SaaS security tools

BOM Creation

  • Prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) based on customer requirements.
  • Validate configurations with OEM/distributor technical teams.
  • Pricing CoordinationWork with inside sales teams to obtain pricing from distributors and vendors.
  • Submit finalized BOM and solution details to inside sales for quotation generation.
  • Technical Support for Sales


Assist the sales team with:

  • Solution design
  • Technical clarifications
  • Product comparisons
  • Proposal preparation



Required Skills
