Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive / Telecaller to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and support the sales team by scheduling site visits and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases.

•

Handle inbound inquiries from various marketing channels.

•

Explain project details, pricing, and offers to prospective clients.

•

Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

•

Schedule site visits and follow up with customers.

•

Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.

•

Coordinate with the sales team for closures and client updates.

•

Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

Required Skills

•

Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

•

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

•

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.

•

Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

•

Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

•

Any Graduate / MBA preferred.

•

Prior experience in real estate pre-sales or telecalling is an advantage.
