● Source new sales opportunities through portal listings, inbound fresh leads follow-up and outbound calls to leads database.

● Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about projects or services using calling scripts and email templates

● Understand customer needs and requirements. Enter and update customer information in the CRM.

● Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales agent for further development and closure

● Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.

● Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory (Hyderabad)

● Work in collaboration with the sales and marketing team to build a strong pipeline and close deals.

● Deliver effective virtual tours / presentations / pitches to prospective leads / customers.

● Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

● Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
