Presales Executive

Pre-sales Executive will handle outbound calls to leads, qualify prospects interested in smart home solutions like KNX systems and automation demos, and schedule appointments at the experience center in Hyderabad. This role focuses on generating high-quality leads for the sales team through effective tele-calling. The position requires a candidate with strong communication skills to build rapport with architects, interior designers, and residential clients

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to leads from CRM data, introducing WOSA's smart lighting, security, KNX keypads, and curtain automation products.

- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs for home automation demos and scheduling experience center visits.

- Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups, and appointment details in CRM or similar tools, meeting daily/weekly targets.

- Handle inquiries, overcome objections, and provide basic product info to nurture prospects for sales closure.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or bachelor's degree; prior telesales or lead generation experience preferred.

- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and Telugu/Hindi/English Trilingual skills for Hyderabad market.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and basic tech knowledge of smart home systems.

- Self-motivated, resilient to rejection, with strong organizational abilities.
