Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Real Estate Pre-Sales

• Roles & Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers and explain project details.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and digital channels.
• Provide accurate project information to clients and address their queries promptly.
• Schedule site visits and ensure proper coordination with the sales team.
• Maintain customer database (CRM) and update follow-up status regularly.
• Work closely with the marketing team for lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Ensure a smooth pre-sales process and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Required Skills:Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales (preferably in real estate).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
• Basic knowledge of real estate projects, locations, and property trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Educational Qualification:Graduate in any discipline (preferably Marketing / Sales background).
