Pricing Analyst - Job Description 

Job Title: Customer Service – Pricing Analyst 

Functional Requirement: 

1) 1 - 3 years of working experience within the industry and/or chemistry. 

2) Strong command of communication (written and verbal). 

3) Team Player & Commitment towards role and responsibility; detail oriented. 

4) Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills. 

5) Ability to perform multiple tasks, self-starter and results oriented. 

6) Good Problem-Solving Skills and customer service oriented.

 

1) Ensuring your Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all the times. 

2) Create EQQ (Estimated Quantity Quote) 

3) Create Drum & Bulk Quotes within agreed timelines. 

4) Understand the customer's needs, format required, and any special needs. Make sure the Quote created is in alignment with Customer Requirements and our internal Business Requirements such as Margins, Pricing Conditions, etc. 

5) Collaborate with the customer, sales, and onshore teams to obtain quote approval based on the specified requirements. 

6) Waste stream to be analyzed and create a (Master Service Agreement) MSA/DSA- (Dedicated Service agreement) based on the requirements. 

7) Prioritize the Quoting opportunity workbench for opportunities with missing information and follow up with opportunity submitter for additional information. 

8) Assist with the development of Sales Force dashboards specific to volumes and flow of the quotes and the reports. 

9) Create monthly reports. 

 

 

Academic Background: 

Required: High School + Proficiency in Excel and good analytical skills 

Preferred: B.Sc /M.Sc – Chemistry or Environmental Science

Technical Skills: 

1) Chemical knowledge including, but not limited to, chemical hazards and chemical compatibility. 

2) Ability to work within Excel to develop formulas and analyze data. 

3) Knowledge in Google Forms/form Stack. 

4) Salesforce applications knowledge will be an added advantage.

Shift Timings: 3: 00 pm to 12:00 am IST / As per the business requirement.
