• Guide and mentor primary teachers in lesson planning, pedagogy, and classroom management.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
• Organize training sessions and workshops for continuous professional growth.
• Student Progress & Welfare

• Track student performance through assessments and data analysis.
• Support differentiated learning to meet diverse student needs.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Parent & Community Engagement

• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and school initiatives.
• Organize parent-teacher meetings and workshops.
• Build strong partnerships between school and families.
• Administration & Coordination

• Manage academic data, records, and reporting.
• Coordinate examinations, events, and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with school leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed mandatory).
• Minimum 5–6 years of teaching experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/coordination role.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage academic delivery and administration effectively.
