The College Principal is the chief academic and administrative leader of the institution. They provide strategic direction, ensure academic excellence, manage operations, and represent the college to governing bodies, stakeholders, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

Provide vision and leadership for teaching, learning, and research

Ensure academic programs meet accreditation and regulatory standards

Promote innovation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement

Support faculty development, performance, and academic integrity

Administrative & Operational Management

Oversee daily operations of the college

Develop and implement institutional policies and procedures

Ensure effective use of resources, facilities, and technology

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and productive campus environment
