Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant- Full Stack Developer (Ai/ML) 

In this role, AI/LLM Full Stack Developers responsible to build enterprise-grade AI solutions for infrastructure and operations platforms. The role involves developing AI-powered applications that allow engineers to access operational data using natural language, APIs, and conversational interfaces 

Responsibilities 

• Working on Large Language Models (LLMs) integration with production systems with deep dive into Generative AI applications using Python to optimize platform functionalities 

• Good exposure with implementing robust CI/CD automation and orchestration using tools like Azure DevOps 

• Research and implement appropriate AI/ML algorithms and tools for developing machine learning applications to requirements 

• Design and implementation of the overall web architecture with real time exposure of developing REST APIs 

• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI / Anthropic Claude) into production systems 

• Design and optimize prompts and AI workflows 

• Develop backend services using Python (FastAPI/Flask) 

• Build frontend applications using React + TypeScript 

• Work with databases such as Snowflake, MySQL, Oracle, Athena 

• Implement Active Directory (LDAPS) authentication and RBAC 

• Integrate with ServiceNow, Metabase, Microsoft Teams (preferred) 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field 

• Significant good exposure in Python/R with experience developing and deploying ML and DL models 

• Familiarity with algorithms both in supervised and un-supervised learning 

• Should have significant command of Generative AI, Microsoft OpenAI platform (Azure OpenAI), GPTs, LLMs concepts and techniques with solid hands-on experience 

• Exposure at implementing CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment 

• Expertise with hands on experience in Vector Databases for semantic search, Advanced RAG approaches for LLM models 

• Very Good experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP with model architecture 

• Expertise in effectively building and deploying ML systems using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, sklearn etc 

• Exposure in modular, typed, and object-oriented Python programming 

• Familiar with the core data science languages (such as Python, R, Scala) and with data systems (e.g.SQL, NoSQL) 

• Excellent communication skills with a desire to work in multidisciplinary teams 

• Expert for analysing the errors of the model and designing strategies to overcome them 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and JavaScript 

• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn 

• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and React 

• Expertise in back-end development using Node.js, Django, or Flask 

• Familiarity with database management systems such as SQL and NoSQL 

• Ability to work with big data tools like Hadoop and Spark 

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
