Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - IT Cyber Security
Responsibilities
Cybersecurity Analyst - IAM
•    Operate and support Keeper Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform:
o    Provisioning/deprovisioning of privileged accounts
o    Vault management and access reviews
o    Privileged session monitoring and audit support
•    Support Avatier IAM for:
o    Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) workflows
o    Access request and approval workflows
o    Role and entitlement reviews
•    Perform operational support for Lepide AD & Data Security:
o    Monitor alerts related to AD changes, file access, and data exfiltration
o    Investigate suspicious activities and coordinate remediation
•    Handle security tickets related to:
o    Privileged access
o    Identity lifecycle
o    Directory and file access monitoring
•    Support access certification campaigns and periodic access reviews
•    Coordinate with:
o    ASGN Security team
o    Infra/EUS teams
o    IAM governance team
•    Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation
•    Generate weekly/monthly operational security reports related to IAM and PAM
•    Support audit and compliance evidence collection for:
o    Privileged access reviews
o    Identity controls
o    AD monitoring controls
•    Hands-on experience with at least one PAM or IAM platform
•    Strong understanding of:
o    Privileged account lifecycle
o    Identity lifecycle (JML)
o    Role-based and attribute-based access
•    Experience supporting:
o    Active Directory / Entra ID operations
o    Access reviews and certifications
•    Working knowledge of:
o    Privileged session monitoring
o    Password vaulting concepts
o    MFA and access control models
•    Experience handling:
o    Security tickets in ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
o    Operational escalations and coordination
•    Ability to analyze logs, alerts, and access activity patterns
•    Strong documentation and reporting skills
o    Keeper Privileged Access Management (PAM)
o    Avatier IAM platform
o    Lepide AD & Data Security
o    CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, or similar PAM tools
o    SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, or similar IAM platforms

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
