Process Associate - Banking Core Operations

We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Banking Core Operations!
The position operates in a dynamic and deadline driven environment and are well suited to those with strong processing skills and a positive, ‘can do” attitude. The candidate must also, be willing to work flexible and varying shifts through the year and must react positively and effectively to needs of handling volume spikes.
• Transaction processing according to standard work & SOP
• Prioritize transactions according to documented guidelines to meet SLA
• Plans and organizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives
• Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and resolve problems.
• Assist with/perform other team tasks as required.
• Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems
• Ensure that turnaround time and quality of the work meets Company service standards
• Manage own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team goals are meMaintain key records like working files, email for reference and audit purpose
• Should be able to handle basic day to day requirements of excel
• Graduation in Commerce
Essential skills:
• Good English Communication (Both written & verbal)
• Proactive communication & High analytical skills – should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data
• Displays energy and enthusiasm in approaching the job
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ready to work on stretched working hours
• Ability to independently interact with internal and external customers
• Customer service focus
• Basic Computer knowledge & MS Office along with typing speed of 40 words/minute
Shift timings:
• 19:00 hrs to 06:00 hrs (9 Hours shift)
• Location: Hyderabad India
• Flexibility & stretch expected heavier on pacific standard time- Higher staffing in later shift
