Inviting applications for the role of PD, Order to Cash-Cash Applications
We are looking for someone with deep understanding and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to cash application and coordinating with customer.
Responsibilities
•    Booking of Incoming Payments and allocating them to the invoices received
•    Investigating and identifying details for the amounts received
•    Debt collections 
•    Reporting periodical/on the spot regarding the activity process indicators 
•    Ensure order analysis and release in accordance with client’s requirements and cut off hours.
•    Perform customer account reconciliation.
•    Support in scope process related ad hoc requests from Business group and local units.
•    Provide required monthly reports as per SOW. 
•    SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) creation and updating.
•    Deliver the required data for audit purposes.
•    Ensure Key Metric’s are met, and service is delivered to end users as expected.
•    Daily usage of client’s tools for the assigned activities
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications 
•    Communicative level of required language 
•    Proficient knowledge of computers, the Internet and office automation.
•    University student/ graduate (Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written) 
•    Relevant domain experience.
•    Candidate should have relevant work experience.
•    System proficiency in MS Office Tools.
•    Good understanding of SAP.
