Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and process-oriented Junior Soldering Executive to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will support our soldering operations, working closely with EMS Partners to monitor the job work done at their facility. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring the efficiency of our production processes, and achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Sync-Up with SCM team on kit readiness to match as per the plan and deliver it to EMS Partners

·       Sync-up with EMS partner for the Kit status and it's delivery schedule.

·       Publishing Kit Ageing days to EMS Partners.

·       Need to check the OPO status and drive EMS for any shortages against the kit receipt.

·       Follow-up with SCM team for any SMT part issues for the improvements/outsourcing….etc

·       Check the release of TDP (BOM, GA, XY Data…etc) to the EMS partner along with the kit movement.

·       Maintenance of all Test Jigs with appropriate safety to avoid breakdown during usage.

·       Updating of all PCBA defects w.r.t IGI,Testing,Ageing & Assy Failures.

Qualifications:

●         Diploma or Equivalent with 2-3 Yrs of experience in EMS background.
