Job Description
Job Title: Production & Quality Associate (PCBA)
Role Overview: Support our manufacturing operations by performing hands-on hardware inspection, assembly, and quality control for electronic components.
Key Responsibilities:
- PCB Inspection & Correction: Conduct visual and technical inspections of incoming boards to identify and fix soldering or component defects.
- Manual Assembly: Perform precision soldering and wire crimping for production prototypes and small batches.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain records of meeting points (MOM) and hardware specifications to ensure production consistency.
Specific Requirements:
- Education: ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience with soldering, crimping tools, and multimeters etc.
