• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for data center projects using Primavera and other advanced planning tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams to align project deliverables with global benchmarks and AdaniConneX’s strategic goals.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization across multiple projects.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Implement best practices in project management, leveraging Adani Group’s expertise in large-scale infrastructure development.
• Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to provide actionable insights and track project performance.
• Ensure safety and environmental standards are integrated into project execution.
• Support the Project Manager in strategic decision-making and operational planning.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management within the data center or infrastructure sector.
• Proficiency in planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management.
