Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of projects to meet defined business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations and address any issues that arise. You will play a crucial role in aligning project outcomes with organizational goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving the project forward to successful completion.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges.
- Develop and maintain project documentation to track progress and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and services.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in scripting and automation to streamline processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
