Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery and meeting service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead project planning, execution, and closure activities. - Monitor and control project progress to ensure timely delivery. - Identify and mitigate project risks. - Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Field Service. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Experience in delivering business and technology outcomes. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Field Service. - Knowledge of service level agreement management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Field Service. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 Years of full-time education is required.
