Job Purpose: Project Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, with a focus on effective contract management. This role involves leading project contracts, managing contract negotiations and executions, ensuring project goals are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Project Management:

Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Contract Management:

Oversee contract development, negotiation, review, and execution.

Risk Management:

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Management:

Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure projects adhere to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Reporting:

Prepare and present project status reports, financial forecasts, and risk assessments.

Process Improvement:

Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures.

Brand Positioning:

Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company.

Team Development:

Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital business success.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
