Job Title: Project Manager – HVAC

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 (Based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HVAC project execution (Planning to Handover)

• Supervise site activities: ducting, copper piping, VRF/VRV installation, insulation & commissioning

• Coordinate with technicians, contractors, vendors & clients

• Prepare project schedules, material lists, BOQs & daily/weekly progress reports

• Monitor site productivity, quality checks & safety compliance

• Handle client meetings, billing verification & work documentation

• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards

Requirements

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

• 5–8 years of experience in HVAC project execution

• Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV, Ductable, Chiller & Ventilation systems

• Ability to read HVAC drawings (ducting, piping, layout plans)

• Experience in site supervision & team handling

• Good communication & client coordination skills

• Ready to travel to project sites as required
