We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of our plumbing and firefighting projects. The ideal candidate must be capable of performing the following key responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution
• Plan, schedule, and manage plumbing and firefighting works for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for timely execution.
• Site Coordination & Supervision
• Oversee site incharges and ensure daily work progress as per project timeline.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and manpower deployment.
• Material & Resource Planning
• Forecast material and manpower requirements for each project stage.
• Coordinate with procurement and store teams to ensure timely availability.
• Billing & Documentation
• Review and approve daily progress reports (DPR), Job Measurement Sheets (JMS), and checklists from sites.
• Verify subcontractor bills and support the billing team in preparing client bills.
• Team Management
• Manage and guide site engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Conduct regular review meetings and performance evaluations.
• Client & Vendor Coordination
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Attend project meetings and resolve site-level issues proactively.
• Reporting & Compliance
• Report project status to management on a weekly basis.
• Ensure work is carried out as per IS codes, drawings, and approved BOQs.
• Monitor safety, labor compliance, and site discipline.
