Job Description

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring all phases of the design process are executed smoothly. 
  • Budget Management: Prepare, monitor, and adjust budgets, source materials, negotiate contracts, and track expenses to meet financial objectives. 
  • Team Coordination: Assemble and manage teams of designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers, facilitating collaboration and problem-solving. 
  • Client Communication: Present design proposals, mood boards, and updates, incorporating client feedback into the final design plan. 
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct site visits to ensure work meets design specifications, building codes, and sustainability standards. 
  • Procurement Management: Oversee the selection, ordering, and installation of furnishings, materials, and decor.
