Purchase Executive

💼 Job Title: Purchase & Site Coordinator (Mechanical)

📍 Location: As per project sites

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 per month or as per current salary & performance

🎓 Education & Experience:

Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering

• 2–5 years of relevant experience

📌 Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Purchase & Material Coordination

• Understand project purchase requirements
• Source materials from various suppliers
• Collect samples and submit to office/sites/clients/architects
• Personally visit vendors/suppliers to monitor work progress
• Track material quality at site
• Ensure proper material entry with Delivery Challans (DCs)
• Collect bills, DCs, and invoices from sites with gate entries and customer signatures

2️⃣ Logistics & Transportation Management

• Book porters/vehicles and track movement
• Make transportation payments
• Process daily site-wise porter and transportation payments

3️⃣ Reporting & Tracking

• Prepare monthly site consumption reports
• Track porter payments
• Track transportation payments
• Monitor scrap sales and payment tracking

4️⃣ Site Coordination

• Visit sites regularly
• Attend project review meetings

5️⃣ Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain all required records and files properly

6️⃣ Company Vehicle Management

• Monitor vehicle maintenance
• Track vehicle expenses and usage
