Purchase Manager

Role Overview: The Purchase Manager will oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle—from initial requirements gathering to final site delivery and financial documentation. You will serve as the primary link between the Design Team (Architects), Management, and Vendors to ensure all materials meet quality standards, budget constraints, and project timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBOQ & Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with Architects and Management to translate design requirements into comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Vendor Management & Sourcing: Manage relationships with existing onboarded vendors and conduct ongoing market research to identify new partners offering competitive pricing and superior quality.
• Quotation & Negotiation: Soliciting multiple quotes, performing comparative analysis, and negotiating terms to align with project budgets.
• Approval Workflow: Facilitating a dual-approval process—securing financial clearance from Management and technical/quantity validation from the Architects.
• Procurement Execution: Issuing formal Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinating with the finance department to ensure timely payments.
• Logistics & Coordination: Managing the delivery pipeline to ensure materials reach the warehouse or site as scheduled.
• Documentation & Compliance: Overseeing the collection of Delivery Challans (DC) and signed invoices, and ensuring all paperwork is submitted to the accounts team for bookkeeping.
