Job SummaryThe Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials required for façade projects such as aluminum profiles, glass, hardware, structural materials, and related components. The role involves vendor management, cost control, negotiation, and ensuring timely material delivery to project sites.

• Key Responsibilities1. Procurement ManagementHandle procurement of façade materials such as aluminum profiles, glass, ACP panels, sealants, hardware, fasteners, and accessories.
• Prepare purchase orders (PO) based on project requirements.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to avoid project delays.
• 2. Vendor ManagementIdentify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Maintain good relationships with existing vendors.
• Compare quotations and negotiate the best price, quality, and delivery terms.
• 3. Cost ControlMonitor market prices of façade materials.
• Conduct price comparisons and cost analysis.
• Ensure procurement within the approved budget.
• 4. CoordinationCoordinate with project managers, site engineers, and store departments for material requirements.
• Follow up with vendors for on-time delivery.
• 5. Documentation & ComplianceMaintain records of purchase orders, invoices, quotations, and agreements.
• Ensure procurement complies with company policies and procedures.
• 6. Inventory SupportMonitor stock levels with the store department.
• Plan purchases based on inventory and project requirements.
• Required SkillsStrong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of facade materials and construction procurement
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under tight project timelines
• Strong knowledge of Excel and ERP systems
• QualificationBachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Commerce / Supply Chain / Business Administration
• Certification in Supply Chain or Procurement is an added advantage.
