Qs&Billing

We are looking for a QS & Billing Executive who can handle quantity surveying, billing, BOQ preparation, and project billing coordination in construction/facade projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project estimations
• Handle client billing and subcontractor billing
• Verify site measurements and quantities
• Prepare RA bills and final bills
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
• Maintain billing records and documentation
• Monitor project costs and material usage
• Ensure timely submission of bills and invoices
• Support purchase and project team for cost control
• RequirementsDiploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years experience in QS & Billing
• Experience in construction or facade glazing industry
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, BOQ preparation
• Good communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with site and office teams
