Quality Analyst

• Understands application and client business requirements
• Familiar with different test tools, defect tracking tools, and other tools supporting the testing life cycle, and their use
• Develop test cases and prioritize testing activities when working on multiple projects at a time by adjusting to fast paced environment.
• Create a traceability matrix to ensure the test coverage covers all the requirements.
• Identify the risks and communicate to senior stakeholders in all phases of the project.
• Execute all the test cases and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect.
• Perform Retesting and Regression testing when changes are made to the code to fix defects
• Prepare the status report and publish it to all the stakeholders.
• Updating Test Leads regularly about the progress of testing activities.

Skills:

• 3 - 4 years of experience in testing in web and mobile applications
• A team player with good verbal, written and communication skills
• A self-starter who can learn quickly and identifies, communicates, and escalates issues as required.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment
• Review the Business Requirements document to understand the architecture and functionality of the application along with the Test Lead and other stakeholders.
• Good to have knowledge of giving Level of estimates.
• Good to have knowledge in writing SQL queries
• Performed functionality testing, covering all the client requirements with maintaining traceability along with functionality cases for existing and new requirements.
• Good to have knowledge on prepare Use cases for Business flows

Level skills:

• 4- 5 years of experience in testing in web and mobile applications
