Job timing : 5 Pm to 2 AM (Male candidates) and 9 PM to 6 AM ( Female Candidates)

Working : 5 Days

Salary bar : Up to 60k

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular audits on AR follow-ups, denial handling, and insurance claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide actionable feedback to AR callers and billing specialists, including conducting training sessions to improve performance.                                   
•  Track error trends, identify root causes for denials, and recommend corrective actions.
•  Prepare and analyze quality reports, such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and error rates, for management.
• Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, HIPAA regulations, and FDCPA standards. 

Qualifications and Skills

• 2–4+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, specifically within AR follow-up or denial management and minimum 2 years as QA.
•  Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in RCM software (e.g., eClinicalWorks, Kareo, AdvancedMD) and MS Office.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills. 

Common Requirements

• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and CMS guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple processes.
