Quality Assurance Executive

1.Prepare, review, and maintain SOPs, BMRs, BPRs, MFRs for capsule, tablet, and powder dosage forms.

2.Ensure all documentation complies with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 guidelines.

3.Maintain and manage records related to deviations, change controls, and CAPA.

4.Perform in-process checks during manufacturing and packaging.

5.Ensure line clearance before and after production batches.

6.Monitor and document critical parameters like tablet weight, capsule fill weight, appearance, etc.

7.Support in documentation required for FSSAI license and product registration.

8.Coordinate with QC for raw and packaging material approval.

9.Support vendor audits and qualification processes.

10.Maintain specifications and COA records for all incoming materials.

11.Assist in internal audits and regulatory inspections.

12.Ensure hygiene protocols and documentation are followed on the production floor.

13.Support continuous improvement in production and quality systems.

*Key Skills Required:

Knowledge of FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000

Attention to detail and understanding of nutraceutical formulations

Good communication and teamwork abilities
