Summary: As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality processes while conducting reviews in collaboration with global Quality Assurance initiatives and processes. Your typical day will involve engaging with team members to ensure adherence to quality standards, facilitating discussions to enhance processes, and providing guidance to ensure that quality objectives are met effectively. You will also analyze current practices and implement improvements to optimize performance and quality outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team members' understanding of quality processes. - Monitor and report on quality metrics to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Experience with performance testing tools and frameworks. - Ability to analyze and interpret performance data to drive improvements. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
