Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our products through rigorous testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to maintain high standards of efficiency and organization in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Conduct thorough quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
  • Analyze test results using statistical methods to identify trends and potential issues
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities and findings
  • Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate test results
  • Participate in quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Prepare comprehensive quality control reports for management review
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging quality control technologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field
  • 6-9 years of experience in quality control or a similar role within a manufacturing setting
  • Proficiency in quality control methodologies and statistical analysis techniques
  • Strong working knowledge of data management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and testing procedures
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO) and compliance requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Quality Control certifications (e.g., ASQ) are preferred
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and their impact on product quality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy
