Quality Control Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor quality control procedures for civil and structural works.
• Inspect incoming materials and ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards.
• Conduct routine site inspections for RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, waterproofing, and other civil works.
• Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, BOQs, and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, PMC, and client representatives for inspections and approvals.
• Identify quality issues, raise NCRs, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain quality records including inspection checklists, test reports, pour cards, and material approvals.
• Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and quality norms at site.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to quality management systems.
• Support project teams to achieve timely completion without compromising quality.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, quality standards, and inspection processes.
• Familiarity with IS codes, quality documentation, and site testing procedures.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams and external stakeholders.
