Job Description Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Tester with strong expertise in Digital Asset Management tool, Content Authoring tools, and experience in the pharmaceutical industry. This role focuses on testing product feature releases in DIGITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT TOOL and Content Authoring tools, validating their impact on Veeva Vault and Veeva CRM ways of working, and related assets such as Veeva Approved Emails and CLM Presentations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality, compliance, and user experience across multiple platforms.

Location – Hyderabad #LI Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Case Development & Execution:

  Write, review, and execute comprehensive test cases based on platform requirements. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to validate product features.

• Feature Release Testing:

  Test product feature releases happening in Digital Asset Management tool and Content Authoring tools. Review and analyze the effects of these updates on Veeva Vault and Veeva CRM workflows, Approved Emails, and CLM Presentations.

• Platform Understanding & Analysis:

  Ensure product functionality across systems like Veeva CRM and Salesforce CRM. Analyze product behavior and compatibility across different environments.

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

  Plan and conduct UAT sessions to validate end-to-end workflows. Document and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.

• JIRA Management:

  Create, update, and track issues in JIRA for test cases, defects, and feature requests. Maintain dashboards and reports for test progress and defect status.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Participate in meetings with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product quality and user experience.

• Design Collaboration:

  Review and validate Figma design systems with the Content Authoring tools design systems.

• Quality Assurance & Reporting:

  Maintain detailed test documentation and provide regular status updates. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

Essential requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in Digital Asset Management tool, Content Authoring tools, and Content Management Systems such as Veeva Vault and Veeva CRM

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and multi-platform testing.

• Proficiency in Figma for design review and collaboration.

• Ability to write test cases for Figma Design Systems integrated with Content Authoring tools Design Systems.

• Hands-on experience with JIRA for issue tracking and test management.

• Experience in writing and executing test cases, defect tracking, and reporting.

• Understanding of UAT processes and quality assurance methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desired requirements:

• Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences domain.

• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (optional but desirable).
