About Ecko Design Studio:
Ecko Design Studio is a government-focused construction and design firm specializing in urban infrastructure, public space development, and hospitality projects.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage BOQs, measurements, procurement, and site material coordination across ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage BOQs and cost estimates
- Take rough and detailed measurements from site
- Handle material planning, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Maintain site material records and inventory
- Ensure timely availability of materials at site
- Coordinate with site engineers and project team for quantity verification
Requirements:
- Experience in quantity surveying / construction projects
- Strong understanding of BOQ, measurements, and materials
- Good coordination and vendor management skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel and documentation
