• ResponsibilitiesProspect for new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation
• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations
• Prepare and present offers, contracts, and comparative market analyses
• Guide clients through negotiations and closing processes
• Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business
• Stay current with local market trends, pricing, and regulations
• RequirementsActive Real Estate License (or ability to obtain one)
