Real Estate Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and mentor real estate agents and administrative staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Set clear sales goals and monitor performance through KPIs.
• Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and team meetings.

Business Development & Sales

• Develop and execute strategies to meet branch sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong referral networks.
• Monitor local market trends and adjust business plans accordingly.
• Support agents in closing deals and managing client relationships.

Operations Management

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage branch budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in real estate transactions.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

Customer Service

• Uphold high standards of client satisfaction and service excellence.
• Resolve escalated client issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the branch delivers a seamless and positive client experience.

Qualification:

• 5+ years of experience in real estate sales and management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, contracts, and transaction processes.
