Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist for our real estate division. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in running end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects, preferably handling lead generation across multiple platforms and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube targeting real estate buyers across different countries.

• Develop targeted ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging tailored for diverse real estate markets and buyer personas.

• Manage and optimize multi-country PPC campaigns focusing on lead generation and conversion rate improvement.

• Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools for lead nurturing and pipeline development.

• Monitor campaign metrics (CPL, CTR, conversion rates) and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.

• Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to align marketing strategies with overall project sales goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing for real estate or property development sectors.

• Strong hands-on experience in managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation.

• Familiarity with international or multi-location digital marketing campaigns.

• Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and reporting platforms.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with real estate CRM systems and lead management tools.

• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor campaigns for continuous optimization.
