Real Estate Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities 

Legal Documentation 

• Draft, review, and finalize real estate legal documents including sale agreements, development agreements, lease agreements, MoUs, and title documents. 

Legal Compliance 

• Ensure all property transactions and projects comply with local, state, and central real estate laws and regulations. 

Title Verification 

• Conduct title searches and due diligence to confirm clear, marketable ownership of properties. 

Registrations & Approvals 

• Manage and oversee property registrations, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of documentation. 
• Coordinate with sub-registrar offices and related authorities. 

Dispute Resolution & Litigation 

• Handle legal disputes, notices, and property-related litigation, coordinating with advocates when required. 

Due Diligence 

• Perform legal due diligence for new land acquisitions, project launches, and joint development agreements. 

Liaison & Coordination 

• Liaise with government departments, legal consultants, advocates, surveyors, and external agencies. 

Risk Management 

• Identify potential legal risks and provide preventive and corrective legal advice to management. 

Legal Advisory 

• Provide legal guidance to management, sales, CRM, and operations teams on real estate matters. 

Landlord Management 

• Negotiate, draft, and manage agreements with landlords, ensuring legal protection and business advantage. 

Customer Interaction 

• Address customer legal queries, explain documentation and registration processes, and support customer confidence and satisfaction.
