Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role at our project location. The Sales Executive will represent our project, CSK SkyScape, at the site office and will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, managing leads, coordinating with channel partners, and driving sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable configurations.
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle — lead handling, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
• Work with channel partners and brokers to generate business.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Share project details via calls, email, and WhatsApp and ensure follow-ups.
• Maintain customer database and sales pipeline.
• Achieve sales targets and support collections from customers.
• Present project features, amenities, and value proposition effectively.
• Coordinate with CRM / customer service teams for documentation and handover.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Good negotiation and closing ability.
• Good understanding of real estate sales process.
• Ability to manage broker and channel partner relationships.
• Comfortable working from site office environment.

Eligibility / Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Experience in residential project sales a must.
• Education: UG Graduate Any
