Real Estate Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Management: Actively sourcing new clients through networking, cold calling, and field marketing, and managing them in a CRM system.
• Property Showcasing: Arranging and accompanying prospective clients on site visits, demonstrating property features, and answering inquiries.
• Sales Closure & Negotiation: Negotiating terms and closing property deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Fostering strong relationships to encourage referrals and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the buying process.
• Market Analysis: Keeping updated on market trends, competitors, and property values to offer informed advice to clients.
• Reporting: Preparing regular sales reports for management and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. 

Key Skills & Requirements

• Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with diverse, high-profile clients.
• Mobility & Reliability: Ability to work in the field and travel for site visits.
• Education/Experience: Usually a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with 0-3 years of real estate sales experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
