Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive (Commission-Based)

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Real Estate Sales Executives to promote and sell residential/commercial properties. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential, ideal for candidates with strong sales skills and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and field activities
• Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans to clients
• Arrange and conduct site visits with prospective customers
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate deals and close property sales
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking process
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales-driven attitude with the ability to close deals
• Basic knowledge of real estate market preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a target-based environment
• Willingness to do fieldwork and client meetings
• Smartphone and basic CRM knowledge preferred

Experience:

• 0–5 years of experience in real estate sales or field sales
• Freshers with strong sales interest are welcome

Compensation:

• Commission-based (Attractive payout per sale)
• No fixed salary / Fixed + commission (as applicable)
