Job Description
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and reach potential buyers via cold calling, digital marketing, field visits, channel partners, and referrals.
- Qualify leads, assess buyer needs, and maintain a lead management database.
- Property Marketing & Showings
- Advertise available flats through listings, open houses, social media, and promotional events.
- Conduct property showings and site visits; highlight key project features and answer queries.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build lasting relationships with buyers, investors, and channel partners.
- Provide follow-ups, market updates, investment advice, and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Market Research & Reporting
- Stay updated on current market trends, pricing, legal regulations, and project developments.
- Prepare and deliver sales progress reports and track key performance indicators.
