About Cadence Realty:

At Cadence Realty, we don't just build homes; we curate lifestyles. We are currently expanding our team for our flagship luxury villa project in Hyderabad. We are looking for high-performing Sales Executives who understand the nuances of the HNI (High Net-Worth Individual) segment and possess a passion for premium real estate.


The Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our villa project. Your primary goal is to guide prospective homeowners through a seamless buying journey—from the first site visit to the final booking.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Management: Effectively follow up on leads generated through marketing channels and convert them into site visits.


Consultative Selling: Conduct personalized site tours, explaining the architectural highlights, amenities, and ROI potential of our villa project.


Relationship Building: Network with HNIs, corporate professionals, and NRI clients to build a robust sales pipeline.


Negotiation & Closing: Handle price negotiations professionally and ensure all documentation for bookings is completed accurately.


Market Intelligence: Stay updated on Hyderabad’s real estate trends and competitor villa projects to position Cadence Realty effectively.


What We Are Looking For:


Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate sales (Direct sales experience in Villas or Luxury Apartments is a huge plus).


Communication: Excellent command over English and Telugu. Hindi is a plus.


Presence: A polished, professional personality suited for interacting with premium clientele.


Drive: A target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.


Mobility: Must have a personal vehicle for site visits and client meetings.
