Residential Sales Executive – Job Profile

Role Summary

The Residential Sales Executive is responsible for selling residential properties such as apartments, villas, and plots. The role involves handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, explaining project details, negotiating prices, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Handling

  • Handle walk-in customers, inbound calls, and online inquiries
  • Generate leads through referrals, site visits, and channel partners
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain lead status in CRM

Client Interaction

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits
  • Explain pricing, payment plans, amenities, and legal documentation

Negotiation & Closing

  • Assist in price negotiations and booking closures
  • Coordinate with internal teams for booking forms and agreements
  • Support customers through the booking and registration process

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams
  • Update daily call reports, site visit reports, and sales MIS
  • Ensure timely collections as per payment schedules



Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals
