Real Estate Sales Executive

• Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital campaigns, site visits, and cold calling.
• Present, promote, and sell available plots to prospective buyers.
• Conduct property site visits and explain project details, pricing, and legal documentation.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer needs are met.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
• Keep records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools or reporting formats.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
• Participate in property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in real estate sales (plots, land, or property sales preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with local property laws, documentation, and registration process is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, or digital sales platforms.
