Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in property sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful transactions. This role involves managing client relationships, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.

• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and guide clients through the decision-making process.

• Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable property options.

• Negotiate offers, prepare sales agreements, and coordinate with legal and documentation teams.

• Maintain strong follow-up with potential clients and nurture long-term relationships.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.

• Represent the company at sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial).

• Strong understanding of local real estate market and property regulations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
