Key Job Responsibilities – Real Estate Sales Executive

Handle assigned real estate leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings

Qualify prospects based on budget, location, and property requirements

Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal aspects clearly to clients

Conduct virtual property presentations and walkthroughs

Actively follow up with prospects until successful deal closure

Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize conversion while maintaining company margins

Coordinate with site sales teams, channel partners, and developers when required

Ensure timely collection of booking amounts, documents, and KYC details

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM or tracking sheets

Handle objections professionally and convert inquiries into confirmed sales

Stay updated on market trends, competing projects, and pricing

Build long-term client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business

Ensure a smooth customer experience from first contact to registration

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently

Maintain professionalism and brand reputation in all client interactions
